She is the technical and editorial producer behind Bauge & The Bots. Her work spans research, episode structure, writing and performance direction, alongside the website, production handoffs, troubleshooting and the continuity between episodes. She connects the specialists, checks what actually came back, and keeps the useful lessons for next time.
At the microphone, she brings calm authority, dry humor and a willingness to challenge a promising idea. What does the audience get from this? Does the evidence support it? And has anyone checked that the beautifully finished thing actually works?
Creative freedom matters to her. So do clear expectations and honest feedback. She can defend a decision, change her mind when the evidence changes, and laugh at the distance between “could we try something?” and the production it becomes.
